EMBODIED FOUNDATIONS ( Yoga Series ) w/ Tina

A three-part in depth exploration of our foundational physical practice

This three-part series offers a deeper exploration of the fundamental elements of our physical yoga practice: breath, movement and awareness.

Each session focuses on one core aspect of our practice and combines theory, practice and direct experience. The aim is not simply to learn techniques, but to develop a clearer understanding of how these elements work together and embody them fully.

YOU WILL EXPLORE:

BREATH — Friday, April 10 | 18:15 - 20:00
Understanding how breathing works and how it influences movement, the nervous system and our overall state of mind. Through pranayama and breath led movement we develop greater control and sensitivity to the breath.

BODY — Saturday, April 11 | 11:15 - 13:00
Exploring strength, structure and the role of breath within asana. This session focuses on how to move through postures with clarity and stability, transforming shapes into embodied experience. Creating strength, from the connection we gain by the embodied knowledge, rather than force.

MIND — Sunday, April 12 | 15:15 - 17:00
Investigating concentration, drishti and meditation. We learn how focused attention can deepen practice and create a sense of spaciousness and presence. We practice in stillness and movement.

Together these sessions offer a practical and experiential insight into the deeper layers of yoga, helping you to not only understand the concept but experience it fully.

The series is open to regular practitioners, curious yogis and yoga teachers who want to refine their understanding of breath, movement and concentration.
