ELEMENTAL BODY ( Fire ) w/ Alexa
Summer is Fire season in Traditional Chinese Medicine.
It's the most yang, most alive time of the year: full of heat, momentum, connection and joy. But all that energy can also leave us a little overstimulated and a little too 'on'.
This 2-hour Yin Yoga practice is our answer to that. Instead of adding more fire, we create space to actually feel it. Long, supported holds and a slow pace will help calm the nervous system and open the areas of the body connected to the heart, so you can meet the season with more ease instead of more push.
Expect deep stillness, a little breathwork, and a shared moment together at the end. Fire is the most social of the five elements, so connection is part of the practice too.
This is the first session in our new Elemental Body series, moving through one TCM element each season.
MOND Circle w/ Alexa
Our monthly MOND Circle is an invitation to gather together in community and to participate in gentle rituals that help us tune into the current lunar energy. Each circle looks a bit different but always contains a mix of guided meditations and breathwork, along with some sacred cacao or tea. There will also be enough time for sharing and listening, creating a safe space to be accepted and cherished exactly as you are.
Open to all women who are longing for ritual with a caring community. The language used will be adapted to the group.
JIVAMUKTI OPEN ( XL ) w/ Alexa
An extra-long Jivamukti Open class with more time to dive deeper into the different aspects of the Jivamukti Yoga practice.
Once a month, this XL session creates space to explore the monthly focus more fully — through philosophy, chanting, meditation, music, and a strong, flowing asana practice. Movement and breath carry you through dynamic sequences as well as moments of stillness and reflection.
With the extended time, we can slow down where it matters: spending time with the theme of the month, exploring asana in more depth, chanting together, and closing with a longer shavasana to let the practice fully settle.
THROAT CHAKRA PRACTICE ( Vishuddha ) w/ Tina
This cleansing 2-hour yoga practice invites you to explore the 5th Chakra, the Throat Chakra. It's the energy centre of communication, authentic expression, truth and deep listening.
YOU’LL EXPLORE:
the energy of the Vishuddha Chakra and its connection to honest communication, self-expression and inner truth
mindful practices including meditation, breathwork, mantra, voice activation and movement to activate and harmonize your throat energy
techniques to cultivate clarity, confidence and a deeper connection between your inner voice and the way you express yourself
Join Tina for 120 minutes of embodied exploration, thoughtfully designed to help you reconnect with your authentic voice in a supportive space.
SWEET DREAMS ( Acupuncture + Sound ) w/ Anemone + Alexa
A gentle evening designed to soothe your system and guide you into the sweetest rest.
In this special session, Anemone ( who not only teaches at the studio but is also a medical doctor ) will offer a deeply calming acupuncture treatment to help regulate your nervous system, release tension, and ease your body into a state of quiet balance. While the acupuncture points begin to work their magic, Alexa will guide you through a soft and immersive sound bath — a blend of singing bowls, chimes, and slow, spacious frequencies that invite your body to settle and your mind to slow down.
This practice is created to support deep relaxation, better sleep, and a sense of being held and restored at the end of the day. Think: unwinding the mind, softening the edges of the body, and letting yourself drop into a state of ease you don’t often get to feel.
ELEMENTAL BODY ( Earth ) w/ Alexa
Late Summer is Earth season in Traditional Chinese Medicine.
It's the pause between seasons: grounding, nourishing, centred. Where Fire is expansive and social, Earth is about digestion, stability and coming back to ourselves.
This 2-hour Yin Yoga practice is a chance to slow down and root down. Long, supported holds and a slow pace will calm the nervous system and open the areas of the body connected to digestion and centre ( think hips, inner thighs and belly ) so you can meet the season feeling more nourished and less scattered.
SATSANG ( Chanting Circle ) w/ Christina Bruns
Satsang is a Sanskrit word that means 'coming together in truth' — a space where people gather to connect, practise, and share something meaningful.
In this chanting circle, we do this through mantra. Through simple call and response chanting we quiet the mind and shift awareness from head to heart.
You don’t need any experience or a 'good' voice. You can chant, listen, or simply sit with the sound. A simple, grounding practice to arrive, connect, and share something together.
INVERSION WORKSHOP ( Learning to Fly ) w/ Christina Bruns
Headstand, Forearm Stand + Handstand
Would you like to take your practice further but keep getting stuck at the same point? Inversions are all yoga postures where the heart is higher than the head. For many of us, being upside down is linked to fear or old patterns and experiences. Learning to move through them can help us discover new perspectives, build confidence, and open ourselves to new possibilities.
This workshop is for you if you're curious, playful, and ready to explore beyond your comfort zone while deepening your practice.

METTA BREATHWORK w/ Janesh Vaidya + Malin Barrling

THE METTA WORKSHOP STANDS ON 3 PILLARS:
AYURVEDA: The three life forces in a human Body & Mind (As per the ancient wisdom of Ayurveda health science) Vata (air), Pitta (fire), and Kapha (earth) and conscious breathing tailored to each participant’s dominating force.
METTA: A heart opening experience through the practice of Metta, the loving-kindness and inner connection, focusing on self love and self realisation.
PRANA: Channelizing Prana, the life energy in the subtile body to balance the frequency which helps the practitioner to eliminate stress, anxiety and recurring sadness. ELEMENTAL BODY ( Metal ) w/ Alexa
Autumn is Metal season in Traditional Chinese Medicine.
It's a season of letting go: the leaves fall, the air turns crisp and clear, and there's an invitation to release what no longer serves us and make space for what matters.
This 2-hour Yin Yoga practice supports that release. Long, supported holds and a slow pace will calm the nervous system and open the areas of the body connected to the lungs ( chest, upper back and arms ) so you can breathe more fully and meet the season with more clarity instead of more holding on.

Together in community, we sing simple mantras, letting rhythm and repetition carry us. No experience or singing voice needed as this is not a performance, but a practice.

EMBODIED ALIGNMENT ( Where Anatomy Meets Awareness ) w/ Anemone
In a world of picture-perfect postures, this workshop invites you to return to what yoga is truly about: connection, awareness, and honouring your unique body.
Together, we will explore the foundational yoga poses through the lens of individual anatomy. Rather than striving for a universal 'ideal shape', you’ll learn how alignment can feel different in every body and why that’s not only okay, but essential.
Through guided practice, mindful observation, and hands-on and verbal adjustments, you’ll discover:
How your bone structure influences your range of motion
Why traditional alignment cues don’t work the same for everyone
How to adapt poses to support your body safely and sustainably
The difference between aesthetic alignment and functional alignment
This is a space to move beyond comparison, deepen body awareness, and build a practice that feels both intelligent and intuitive.
Come as you are, and leave with tools to practice from a place of authenticity, clarity, and respect for the body you live in.

FLEXIBILITY MASTERCLASS ( Breathe, Release + Move ) w/ Perle Cayron
This workshop is designed for yogis or anyone wishing to deepen their practice and better understand their body through a unique approach of stretching.
As a professional dancer with over 10 years of experience and a yogi for 8 years, Perle has developed a series of stretches she uses daily before each training, performance, or warm-up. Created over the years by listening to her body’s needs, they are designed to release tension and improve flexibility in a targeted and mindful way. Spoiler: flexibility and her haven't always been the best of friends, but she has learned to tame most muscle, even the most resistant.
The workshop blends her experience in dance and yoga with knowledge of functional anatomy applied to movement, offering a balance between tonic and passive stretching and using breath to guide each movement.

EMBODIED FOUNDATIONS ( Yoga Series ) w/ Tina
A three-part in depth exploration of our foundational physical practice
This three-part series offers a deeper exploration of the fundamental elements of our physical yoga practice: breath, movement and awareness.
Each session focuses on one core aspect of our practice and combines theory, practice and direct experience. The aim is not simply to learn techniques, but to develop a clearer understanding of how these elements work together and embody them fully.
SPRING PRACTICE ( Lymphatic Release + Yin ) w/ Alexa
This two-hour spring practice is inspired by the Wood element in Traditional Chinese Medicine — connected to growth, vision, and the Liver meridian. In the season of spring, this element reflects the natural movement of expansion, direction, and new beginnings.
Together, we’ll explore soft, rhythmic movements to stimulate the lymphatic system and encourage circulation, creating space for fresh energy to move.
From there, we’ll settle into a grounding Yin sequence with a focus on the Liver and Gallbladder meridians, supporting flexibility not only in the body, but also in the way we move through life.
You can expect breath, subtle release, and a long closing rest to integrate for a steady, intentional way to align with the energy of spring.
