ABOUT VERENA:
Verena grew up in Carinthia, surrounded by nature, wide open spaces, and work you could still feel in your hands. Back then, she never imagined that her greatest resource lay right there — in her roots. It took time for her to recognise that her strength had always come from this groundedness: from stability, reliability, and the ability to keep going, even when things get turbulent.
Her path led her out into the world — into fashion, finance, and eventually self-employment. She wanted to explore, to change, to grow. And in her early twenties, she realised: true change is only possible when you know where your energy comes from.
Verena has learned that our inner resources are the foundation of all change — they carry us through every crisis, new beginning, and shift in perspective. From this understanding, the idea of “Changing Mind” was born: to inspire people to look beyond what they already know, to question the familiar, and to allow something new to emerge.
Because change doesn’t begin on the outside — it begins within us. In the moment we widen our view, recognise our strengths, and find the courage to rethink ourselves again and again.
Today, Verena combines her training in psychosocial counselling, resilience, and nutrition into a holistic approach that unites body, mind, and soul — supporting people in finding inner stability while life continues to evolve around them.
