OUR CLASSES
At STUDIO MOND, we offer a wide range of class styles, from the ones that challenge you to move, to the ones that simply let you be. Whatever you're looking for on any given day, there's a class for you.
Because how you move shapes how you feel, and we want you to leave the studio with that big exhale feeling.
-
A balanced, breath-led yoga asana practice that invites both movement and presence.
Expect a steady, moderately dynamic flow that builds warmth and strength while also creating space to slow down, breathe, and reconnect with yourself.
While each teacher brings their own style and approach, the overall pace remains moderately dynamic and accessible to most practitioners.
-
Dynamic Yoga is a stronger Vinyasa-style asana practice that invites you to explore challenge, rhythm, and presence through movement.
Expect continuous, breath-led sequencing that builds heat, strength, and focus. Classes may include more advanced asanas, arm balances, inversions, or playful transitions — always approached with curiosity rather than pressure.
Best suited for students who enjoy a more dynamic pace or already feel comfortable in their yoga practice.
-
Our Gentle Yoga classes are about finding strength in softness.
Through slower, more mindful movement, this practice invites you to reconnect with your body and explore areas that often go unnoticed in faster-paced classes. With gentle guidance, spacious transitions, and grounding shapes, we move at a slower pace and create space to pause, breathe, and soften.
Open to all levels, especially beginners or anyone looking for a calmer, more accessible practice.
-
This is a slower, more spacious class where we take time to explore the foundations of yoga asana. It’s designed for beginners, as well as for more experienced practitioners who want to return to the basics and strengthen their foundation.
Each class focuses on a specific theme and gives space to aspects of the practice we often don’t have time for in regular Yoga classes.
-
A holistic yoga practice that connects movement, breath, and meaning.
Rooted in the method of Jivamukti Yoga, this class combines a strong, flowing vinyasa practice with elements of chanting, philosophy, meditation, music, and hands-on assists. Inspired by the monthly focus and the five tenets of Jivamukti Yoga, each class offers an opportunity to explore yoga beyond the physical practice and bring its teachings into everyday life.
Open to all levels, with options offered throughout to support different bodies and experiences.
-
A focused, flowing practice that invites you to move with intention and steady breath.
In this class, you’ll be guided through the Spiritual Warrior sequence of the Jivamukti Yoga method. Starting with the energising Magic 10 warm-up and sun salutations, you’ll move through standing postures, twists, balances, backbends, inversions, meditation, and shavasana — all moving in harmony with the breath.
Because the sequence stays the same every time, it’s a great way to build strength and confidence with regular practice. While it might feel challenging at first, over time you’ll find a rhythm that grounds and energises you, while also opening space for a deeper connection to yourself.
-
Awakening Yoga is a contemporary vinyasa practice founded by Carling Harps and Patrick Beach. It is rooted in fluid movement, breath, and embodied awareness. Classes are dynamic and continuously flowing, with an emphasis on how poses connect and transition, rather than treating them as isolated shapes. Alongside guided sequences, there is space for curiosity, choice, and subtle exploration, encouraging you to listen inward and move in ways that feel supportive and sustainable.
This is a mixed-level class with an intermediate focus. Options and variations are offered throughout, allowing you to scale the practice up or down and meet yourself honestly where you are.
-
In Yin, we gently target the connective tissue of our bodies by holding passive poses for extended periods. This allows for deep relaxation and encourages the body to release tension as your mind shifts from yang to yin, from active to passive. The key to this practice is finding stillness, surrendering to the heaviness of your body, and allowing gravity to do most of the work.
Open to all levels, Yin complements a busy lifestyle ( that so many of us live ) and leaves you with a deeper sense of calm and connection.
-
Designed to calm your nervous system and help you to truly rest. In this class, we’ll use tools that promote deep relaxation for both the mind and body. Supported poses are held for longer periods, allowing you to release tension and unwind from your day. Sometimes combined with breathwork, yoga nidra, sound or other calming rituals, you’ll find a sense of ease and connection.
Open to all levels, this class is perfect for winding down and nurturing yourself.
-
A soft embrace of sound for deep relaxation and healing. Using instruments like Tibetan singing bowls, crystal bowls, and chimes, we create gentle vibrations that resonate with your body, helping to release tension and restore balance. As you lie comfortably on the floor, wrapped in blankets and cushions, you’ll be bathed in soothing sound waves, quieting your mind and calming your nervous system.
Open to all levels, this class leaves you feeling deeply refreshed, rested, and connected to yourself.
PILATES
Still considered mindful movement, Pilates focuses on low-impact exercises to build strength, stability, and flexibility. In our mat Pilates sessions, we use small, precise movements (sometimes with props) to help you build flexibility and strength while enhancing your range of motion.
Suitable for everyone, our Pilates classes promote better posture and ease in your body, helping you feel more balanced and aware. It is also the perfect complement to help support your yoga practice.
SHAKE THE DUST
This is a transformative practice that connects your body, heart, and mind. In this class, you'll journey through shaking, jumping, dancing, and intuitive movement, blending elements of yoga, Pilates, and bodyweight training. A carefully curated playlist sets the tone, guiding you through repeated movements while allowing your intuition to guide you. Expect a balance of action and stillness, with moments to recover and gather your energy before diving back into dynamic movement.
Open to everyone, this class promises a cathartic release, a great workout, and a chance to sweat, laugh, and let go, together.
SATSANG ( Chanting Circle )
Satsang is a Sanskrit word that means 'coming together in truth' — a space where people gather to connect, practise, and share something meaningful. In this chanting circle, we do this through mantra. Through simple call-and-response chanting, we quiet the mind and shift awareness from head to heart.
You don’t need any experience or a 'good' voice. You can chant, listen, or simply sit with the sound. A simple, grounding practice to arrive, connect, and share something together.
MOND CIRCLE
Our monthly MOND Circle is an invitation to gather together in community and to participate in gentle rituals that help us tune into the current lunar energy. Each circle looks a bit different but always contains a mix of guided meditations and breathwork, along with some sacred cacao or tea. There will also be enough time for sharing and listening, creating safe space to be accepted and cherished exactly as you are.
Open to everyone who is longing for ritual with a caring community. The language used will be adapted to the group.
