ALEXA VALENTIN
FOUNDER OF STUDIO MOND
Grounding, Intentional + Joyful
Alexa is interested in yoga not only as a physical practice but in everything that comes with it — philosophy, chanting, breath, sound, and the quieter, more subtle parts.
In her classes, you might hear the harmonium, explore a piece of yogic wisdom, move through a strong and steady asana practice, or be guided into moments of stillness.
Over the years, she has completed more than 1000 hours of training across different yoga traditions. While she continues to explore many approaches to the practice, Jivamukti Yoga and Yin are the methods where she feels most at home.
At the heart of her teaching is the wish to create a space where people can experience themselves more fully. Her classes invite students to explore the practice with presence, curiosity, and a sense of joy.

ANEMONE RUTZINGER
Holistic, Intuitive + Fluid
Anemone holds space for a practice that invites presence from the very first breath. It is intuitive and grounded, with a quiet strength that moves through the body in soft waves. Her classes are an exploration: a tuning-in, a conversation between movement and stillness, between the physical and the unseen. The practice becomes a way to recognise and honour the whole self ( body, mind and soul ), meeting what arises with openness and curiosity.
Rooted in Vinyasa, Hatha and Awakening Yoga, Anemone’s teaching is a fluid integration of structure and freedom. With a professional background as a family doctor, she brings a deep understanding of the body’s anatomy and a profound respect for the uniqueness of each individual. Her classes are designed to meet you as you are, honouring the differences in every body and inviting a practice that supports long-term well-being rather than uniformity.
Anemone sees movement, and especially yoga, as a form of medicine: a holistic way of healing that reaches beyond the physical into emotional, mental and spiritual realms. She believes in the power of yoga to reconnect us with our inner landscape and to support a life lived with awareness, compassion and clarity.
Her approach is shaped by a range of influences, woven together through her own experience and continued inquiry. She honours all the teachers and practices that have helped her remember the power of slowing down, listening in, and moving with intention and emotion. For her, yoga is a way to live more fully, more freely, and more in tune with ourselves.

ANNA ERTL
Mindful, Intentional + Nurturing
Anna’s classes are an invitation to move with intention, breathe with presence, and reconnect to the wisdom that already lives within you. Her approach to yoga is slow and purposeful — a journey through mindful movement, breath, and inner listening.
Each class begins with a grounding moment to arrive, set an intention, and create space for stillness and connection. Her sequences blend soft, controlled Vinyasa flows with moments of reflection and rest. Rather than striving for perfection, Anna encourages a practice guided by curiosity and breath — moving only as fast as the breath allows, so that the practice remains conscious and embodied, not just physical movement. She often offers gentle prompts or reflections that invite gratitude and deepen the sense of inner awareness. Shaped by her experiences in India and her teacher training in Guatemala, Anna’s teaching honours yoga’s roots as a spiritual and holistic path. Gratitude, mindfulness, and respect for the interconnectedness of all beings form the foundation of her offerings.
Whether you come to move, to breathe, or simply to be — her classes create a nurturing space to slow down, find balance, and reconnect with what truly matters: your inner peace, your breath, and your presence.

CORINNA PREUSS
Fluid, Precise + Reflective
Corinna weaves the strength and fluidity of Vinyasa Yoga with a deep awareness of the body and one’s inner journey. With a background in stage dance and experience as a fitness trainer, movement has always been a central part of her life. Yet it was yoga that shifted her perspective on effort, performance, and the relationship to her own body.
For over a decade, Corinna has been deeply immersed in the practice — from her early experiences in ballet school to extensive yoga trainings with teachers such as Nicole Bongartz and Frank Schuler. Her teaching is shaped by intelligent sequencing, precise alignment, and a strong connection to the breath.
Her classes unfold like a story — a journey she invites you to step into. Sometimes accompanied by philosophical reflections or mythological stories, always attuned to the energy of the moment.
Alongside teaching traditional Vinyasa Yoga, Corinna also works as a Personal Yoga Coach and Nuad bodyworker. She loves creating spaces for growth and exploration through practices such as forest bathing and mindful movement, always with the intention of pausing, meeting yourself, and supporting your own path of development.

DENISE BUERLEIN
Dynamic, Empowering + Grounding
Denise found yoga during a time when she felt overwhelmed and lost. Through the practice, she discovered that there’s movement without competition. No pressure. No must. No hustle. Just space to be. To breathe. To grow stronger, not only physically but especially mentally. What once felt like magic, still does.
After more than eight years of teaching, that sense of magic continues to inspire her, and it’s exactly what she brings into her classes. Denise’s classes are dynamic, strong and grounding. They invite you to reconnect with yourself, to feel rooted and steady, and to return to what truly matters. A practice, guided by music, for cultivating strength in both body and mind, while gently letting go of what no longer serves you.
