CYCLE CLUB
MOVEMENT, CONNECTION + CYCLICAL LIVING
Cycle Club is a gentle, ongoing workshop series designed to help you reconnect with your natural rhythms in body, mind, and heart.
Through a blend of gentle yoga, mindful movement, creativity and shared conversation, we’ll explore the cycles that shape our lives: the rhythm of our days, the seasons of womanhood, and the wisdom of the female cycle. Together, we’ll learn how to move in harmony with these natural patterns, even in the fast pace of modern life.
Each session offers a place to reconnect with your body, to find community, and to remember that you are part of something beautifully cyclical.
All who feel connected to womanhood are warmly welcome ( regarding of body ), with or without a regular cycle, in every phase of life.
Come as you are. Move as you feel. Return to your rhythm.

ABOUT ANEMONE
Anemone holds space for a practice that invites presence from the very first breath. It is intuitive and grounded, with a quiet strength that moves through the body in soft waves.
Her classes are an exploration: a tuning-in, a conversation between movement and stillness, between the physical and the unseen. The practice becomes a way to recognise and honour the whole self ( body, mind and soul ) meeting what arises with openness and curiosity.
Rooted in Vinyasa, Hatha and Awakening Yoga, Anemone’s teaching is a fluid integration of structure and freedom. With a professional background as a family doctor, she brings a deep understanding of the body’s anatomy and a profound respect for the uniqueness of each individual.
Her classes are designed to meet you as you are, honouring the differences in every body and inviting a practice that supports long-term well-being rather than uniformity.
Anemone sees movement, and especially yoga, as a form of medicine: a holistic way of healing that reaches beyond the physical into emotional, mental and spiritual realms. She believes in the power of yoga to reconnect us with our inner landscape and to support a life lived with awareness, compassion and clarity.
Her approach is shaped by a range of influences, woven together through her own experience and continued inquiry. She honours all the teachers and practices that have helped her remember the power of slowing down, listening in, and moving with intention and emotion. For her, yoga is a way to live more fully, more freely, and more in tune with ourselves.
