ECSTATIC DANCE w/ Anemone + Susi

Step into a space where music becomes movement and movement becomes meditation.

Ecstatic Dance is a journey beyond words, an invitation to let your body lead, to release, to explore, and to connect. In a sober, judgment-free environment, we dance barefoot and freely, guided by a carefully curated sound journey that flows from stillness to celebration and back again.

No choreography, no expectations—just you, the rhythm, and the collective pulse of the dance floor. Come as you are, move how you feel, and experience the joy of full-bodied expression, deep presence, and shared energy.

ABOUT YOUR HOSTS

Anemone holds space for a practice that invites presence from the very first breath. It is intuitive and grounded, with a quiet strength that moves through the body in soft waves. Her classes are an exploration: a tuning-in, a conversation between movement and stillness, between the physical and the unseen. The practice becomes a way to recognise and honour the whole self ( body, mind and soul ) meeting what arises with openness and curiosity. Rooted in Vinyasa, Hatha and Awakening Yoga, Anemone’s teaching is a fluid integration of structure and freedom. With a professional background as a family doctor, she brings a deep understanding of the body’s anatomy and a profound respect for the uniqueness of each individual. Her classes are designed to meet you as you are, honouring the differences in every body and inviting a practice that supports long-term well-being rather than uniformity. Anemone sees movement, and especially yoga, as a form of medicine: a holistic way of healing that reaches beyond the physical into emotional, mental and spiritual realms. She believes in the power of yoga to reconnect us with our inner landscape and to support a life lived with awareness, compassion and clarity. Her approach is shaped by a range of influences, woven together through her own experience and continued inquiry. She honours all the teachers and practices that have helped her remember the power of slowing down, listening in, and moving with intention and emotion. For her, yoga is a way to live more fully, more freely, and more in tune with ourselves.

Susi’s classes are an invitation to slow down and reconnect — with body, breath, and soul. Rooted in a holistic approach to yoga, her teaching weaves together mindful movement, meditation, and breathwork, creating space to meet yourself with full presence and awareness. Her classes combine physical alignment with inner exploration, offering a balance between strength and softness, movement and stillness. With a focus on embodied awareness, Susi guides her students to find depth and meaning in their practice — beyond the physical form. In her sessions, you are invited to arrive as you are, to listen and to feel. Each class becomes a space of gentle connection — a return to yourself, again and again, with love and authenticity. Rooted in traditional teachings and having studied with different teachers across Asia and Europe, Susi is trained in Vinyasa, Hatha, Ashtanga, and Yin yoga.
