Originally from Mexico and based in Barcelona, Francisco has been sharing his vision of yoga for over 10 years. He currently teaches classes and leads workshops in cities such as Barcelona, Munich, Hamburg, Berlin, among others. His approach blends various streams of contemporary yoga to create unique, deep, and sensory experiences. Through mindful movement and carefully curated music, his teaching invites students to reconnect with their bodies, expand their practice, and inhabit the present moment from a fresh perspective.
