This workshop offers an introduction to the 8 limbs of yoga, inviting a broader understanding of yoga as a holistic philosophy rather than only a physical practice. Rooted in the Yoga Sutras of Patanjali, the 8 limbs provide a practical framework for ethical living, self-awareness, embodied practice, and inner transformation.
YOU WILL EXPLORE:
the foundations of the 8 limbs and how their wisdom can be applied to modern, everyday life
embodied practices such as gentle asana, conscious breathwork, and meditation to experience the teachings somatically
reflection, discussion, and self-inquiry to deepen awareness and integrate yoga beyond the mat
This class is open to all levels - no prior experience is required, just curiosity and the willingness to explore yogic philosophy.
ABOUT SUSI
Susi’s classes are an invitation to slow down and reconnect — with body, breath, and soul. Rooted in a holistic approach to yoga, her teaching weaves together mindful movement, meditation, and breathwork, creating space to meet yourself with full presence and awareness. Her classes combine physical alignment with inner exploration, offering a balance between strength and softness, movement and stillness. With a focus on embodied awareness, Susi guides her students to find depth and meaning in their practice — beyond the physical form. In her sessions, you are invited to arrive as you are, to listen and to feel. Each class becomes a space of gentle connection — a return to yourself, again and again, with love and authenticity. Rooted in traditional teachings and having studied with different teachers across Asia and Europe, Susi is trained in Vinyasa, Hatha, Ashtanga, and Yin yoga.
