Fasting stimulates cellular cleanse, reduces inflammation, purifies our skin, strengthens our immune system just to mention a few physical benefits.

It is a vital pathway that precedes the development of an inner state of balance, bringing mental clarity, emotional order and even molecular change.

This presentation is aimed at exploring the deeper benefits of fasting for the body, highlighting its numerous medical advantages, concepts, and outcomes, while also opening space for questions and reflections.

There will be plenty of time for questions and personal exchange, so you can clarify any doubts and feel into whether this journey is right for you.

THIS EVENT IS FOR YOU IF:

  • are considering doing a fast any time this year 

  • just want to have some general knowledge about what happens to our body when we fast

  • are wondering if you do the fast on your own and just get information or do it guided with Ines 

The event is informational only and does not require any commitment.
You are welcome to join, listen, ask questions, and simply explore the possibility.

ABOUT INES

Ines’ journey within began with her first steps into spiritual practices – one of which was fasting. This powerful experience inspired her to integrate fasting into her own life, and she has since completed several one-week fasting periods herself. As a medical doctor, Ines is deeply convinced of the positive effects fasting has on the body. She sees it as a powerful tool for prevention and self-regulation, supporting long-term health and vitality. Aware that many people feel uncertain or even fearful about fasting, Ines decided to offer guided support during fasting weeks – not only from a holistic perspective, but also with medical insight and care. Her passion lies in creating spaces where holistic well-being can unfold — rooted in the understanding that body, mind, and soul are deeply interconnected and cannot be approached in isolation.
