YOGA + HYPNOSIS ( Awaken your Inner Power )

This event is an invitation to release subconscious patterns and inner blockages, and to reconnect with your true potential. Many of our beliefs are formed in early childhood and often stay with us long after they no longer serve us. Because they are deeply rooted in the subconscious, they can be difficult to shift through the mind alone.

Hypnosis offers a gentle yet direct way to access these deeper layers. Old imprints can soften and dissolve, while new, supportive intentions are anchored — an inner reset that creates more clarity, ease, and a deeper connection to your creative power.

Yoga supports this process on a physical level. Through conscious movement and breath, tension is released, energy begins to flow, and the transformation is integrated into the body in a sustainable way.

WHAT IS HYPNOSIS?

Hypnosis coaching, as offered by Hanna, has little to do with show hypnosis or loss of control. You remain fully conscious and in control throughout the session. Hypnosis is a natural state of deep relaxation and inner focus, where transformation becomes easier. It helps you access your subconscious and gently release blockages.

ABOUT YOUR HOST

Hanna is a psychology student and has been working independently as a hypnosis and systemic coach since November 2022. She trained with the American Board of Hypnotherapy (ABH), the second largest hypnosis association in the U.S. In her work, she primarily supports clients online via Zoom in releasing old patterns and blockages, strengthening self-worth, quitting smoking, and reaching their ideal body goals. With her compassionate nature and deep understanding of the mind-body connection, she creates a space of inner calm, clarity, and renewed energy for the Yoga x Hypnosis event.

Which yoga teacher will guide you through this event together with Hanna is not yet confirmed.
