Join us for a nourishing 90-minute session at the start of spring ( a time of balance, renewal and gentle beginnings ) where meditation, journaling and sound come together.
We begin with a Theta Healing meditation designed to slow down the mind and soften the nervous system. This meditative state offers access to the subconscious and creates a spacious, receptive starting point for journaling — an invitation to explore what wants to grow, shift or bloom within you as we step into spring.
From there, sound carries what you’ve written even deeper. The sound bath supports integration, allowing your insights to settle into the body with ease and gentleness.
WHAT TO EXPECT
Meditate
Bettina will guide you through the meditation and hold space as you integrate what emerges during your journaling practice.
Journal
You’ll have time to work individually with a thoughtfully curated set of reflective questions, aligned with the energy of the season.
Sound
Alexa will guide a grounding sound bath with intuitively played instruments — including singing bowls, chimes and soft frequencies — inviting body, mind and soul to further deepen your inner experience.

No previous experience is needed. Curiosity, openness and a willingness to meet yourself where you are is all that’s required.
The event will be held in English. The journaling part can be completed in your preferred language.
ABOUT YOUR FACILITATORS
Bettina is a certified Theta Healing® practitioner, Access Bars® facilitator and author. In this session she combines her lifelong passion for writing with the powerful tool of meditation using the Theta Healing method.
She has discovered this divine method during her own healing journey. It has allowed her to embrace her precious gifts of being a highly intuitive, empathetic and sensitive person. Throughout her whole life she has been using writing as a tool for processing her inner world and manifesting the best version of herself.
Today she successfully works with clients in 1:1 settings, guiding them through change and supporting them in feeling comfortable in their own skin, their body and with their whole being.
Alexa is a yoga teacher ( +500 RYT ), sound practitioner, Human Design guide, and the creator of STUDIO MOND, a yoga and movement space in Salzburg. Her work is guided by a simple intention: to bring more joy, lightness, and a sense of feeling good back into the body and everyday life.
Her classes invite students to step out of the mind and into embodied experience. Drawing from a wide range of practices, Alexa moves fluidly between dynamic Vinyasa flows and grounding Yin, energising Shake the Dust sessions and deeply restorative practices and sound baths. Her teaching is intuitive, music-led, and rooted in the balance between movement and stillness, effort and ease.
Through yoga, sound, and Human Design, Alexa encourages a holistic exploration of body, mind, and energy — less focused on fixing, and more on reconnecting with what already feels true, alive, and supportive.
