This workshop is designed for yogis or anyone wishing to deepen their practice and better understand their body through a unique approach of stretching.
As a professional dancer with over 10 years of experience and a yogi for 8 years, Perle has developed a series of stretches she uses daily before each training, performance, or warm-up. Created over the years by listening to her body’s needs, they are designed to release tension and improve flexibility in a targeted and mindful way. Spoiler: flexibility and her haven't always been the best of friends, but she has learned to tame most muscle, even the most resistant.
The workshop blends her experience in dance and yoga with knowledge of functional anatomy applied to movement, offering a balance between tonic and passive stretching and using breath to guide each movement.
YOU WILL:
Understand muscle chains – Bringing awareness to which muscles are truly engaged and which might be limiting you. We will explore how these limits can stem from muscles, tendons, or even bone structure, to better understand and work with your body’s unique anatomy.
Practice – Moving through, deepening, and modifying asanas to increase both fluidity and flexibility.
Exchange + personalised advice – Time for questions, tailored guidance, and refining your personal practice.
This workshop offers a continuous progression, helping you to better listen to your body daily and enrich your yoga practice with concrete tools and a deeper awareness of your body in motion.
