Hanna practices yoga with a sense of joy and a genuine curiosity to learn more about herself. Through a yoga retreat, she connected with the topic of the menstrual cycle — something that has stayed with her ever since. She deeply values honest, open exchange, especially in women’s circles. From this, her wish to create spaces for connection and authentic sharing naturally unfolds.
