Headstand, Forearm Stand + Handstand

This workshop is for you if you're curious, playful, and ready to explore beyond your comfort zone while deepening your practice.
Over the course of three hours, you'll learn the key alignment principles for each posture and receive individual tips and guidance tailored to your practice. By understanding the foundations, you'll develop greater body awareness and a deeper understanding of how these poses work.

Whether you're already balancing comfortably in a handstand or just beginning your inversion journey, this workshop is designed for anyone who wants to grow and progress in their practice.

ABOUT CHRISTINA
Christina is an 800+ hour Advanced Certified Jivamukti Yoga teacher and the Director of Jivamukti Yoga Vienna, where she teaches daily. As a former dancer, movement has always been a central part of her life. When she discovered yoga in 2015, she realised that its philosophy offered a path that went even deeper — while also providing a powerful tool for cultivating presence, clarity, and meaning in our fast-paced world.
For Christina, yoga became a way of meeting life, herself, and others with curiosity and an open heart. It is this love and dedication that she brings into every class she teaches.
