Kirtan is a heart-opening practice of call-and-response chanting.
Rooted in Bhakti Yoga ( the yoga of devotion ), it invites you to soften, connect, and feel held by the power of sound.
Together in community, we sing simple mantras, letting rhythm and repetition carry us. No experience or singing voice needed as this is not a performance, but a practice.
