YOUR EVENING TO TUNE IN, LISTEN AND CREATE

In this 60-minute session we will combine two powerful mindfulness tools - meditation and journaling - that will support you in creating a life full of light, authenticity, and uniqueness.

We will come together for a beautiful Theta Healing meditation specifically designed to slow down our brain waves. It gives us direct access to our subconscious – the perfect starting point for manifesting and creating the best version of ourselves.

You will be present in the here and now, listen to your inner voice and feel the connection to the divine, This is your time to bring all that is within you into reality through writing it down.

WHAT TO EXPECT:

  • MOVE: We will start our session with a few gentle movements.

  • MEDITATE: I will guide you through a beautiful meditation using the Theta healing method.

  • JOURNAL: You will have time to work individually on a set of pregiven questions.

  • MEDITATE: I will lead you through the process of integrating what you have written down.

  • RELAX: We will end the session with a final relaxation.

WHO IS THIS FOR?

This session is for you if you feel the desire to tune in and create a life that feels like you.

No meditation or journaling experience required. Curiosity and willingness to engage in what these two powerful tools have to offer is all that is needed.

This event will be held in English. However, the journaling part can be completed in your preferred language.

ABOUT BETTINA:

Bettina is a certified Theta Healing® practictioner, Access Bars® facilitator and author. In this session she combines her lifelong passion for writing with the powerful tool of meditation using the Theta Healing method.

She has discovered this divine method during her own healing journey. It has allowed her to embrace her precious gifts of being a highly intuitive, empathetic and sensitive person.

Throughout her whole life she has been using writing as a tool for processing her inner world and manifesting the best version of herself.

Today she successfully works with clients in 1:1 settings, guiding them through change and supporting them in feeling comfortable in their own skin, their body and with their whole being.
