MOND Circle w/ Tina

Our monthly MOND Circle is an invitation to gather together in community and to participate in gentle rituals that help us tune into the current lunar energy. Each circle looks a bit different but always contains a mix of guided meditations and breathwork, along with some sacred cacao or tea. There will also be enough time for sharing and listening, creating a safe space to be accepted and cherished exactly as you are.

Open to all women who are longing for ritual with a caring community. The language used will be adapted to the group.
