Curious about yoga, but not sure where to start? Or maybe you've been practising for a while and want to come back to the foundations, take things slower, and refine your alignment?
This 4-part course is designed to give you a solid base, whether you're completely new or looking to reconnect with the essentials. We’ll break down common postures, build strength and flexibility step by step, and explore how to move in a way that feels safe and supportive for your body.
Each session builds on the one before, so you’ll gradually gain confidence and clarity in your practice.
This course will help you:
Develop confidence in your yoga practice
Understand the key alignment principles for common poses
Learn how to adapt postures to suit your body
Create a mindful connection between breath and movement
The small group setting of max. 10 participants allow for personal attention and space to ask questions. Together, we’ll cultivate a practice that feels safe, supportive, and empowering whether you’re starting from scratch or coming back to the mat after a break.
No prior experience is needed, just your curiosity and a willingness to explore. Join us and take the first steps on your yoga journey in a warm and welcoming environment.
