HEADSTAND Workshop
Headstand, or Sirsasana, is often called the king of yoga poses – and for good reason. This powerful inversion helps build strength, focus, and a deep sense of confidence. But for many of us, it can feel intimidating to even try. The fear of falling, the challenge of balance, and the unknown can hold us back.
This 2-hour headstand workshop is here to change that. With step-by-step guidance and close supervision, you’ll learn how to approach headstands safely and with ease. We’ll start with a warm-up flow to prepare the body, then explore the foundations of a strong and stable headstand. You’ll discover how to enter and exit the pose with confidence, how to stay balanced while upside down, and even how to explore variations when you’re ready.

Feminine anger is a powerful force. Yet women* have been conditioned to suppress their rage, labelling it as unfeminine and inadequate. As a result, women* often turn their anger inward, which can manifest as toxic shame, passive-aggressive behaviour or “random” anger outbursts. By embracing it, however, women* can trust their inner healthy “NO,” set boundaries, and ultimately create a future consistent with their values. That is why Felicia has designed this workshop as a safe space to channel suppressed anger into transformative power.
*Anger is also a complex for most men, yet in this workshop we only focus on women.

Can’t make it to Yin? No problem - just come for the movie and enjoy a cosy evening with us. The film is still TBD ( we’ll vote ) so surrender into the unknown :-)

MOND Circle
Our monthly MOND circle is an invitation to gather together in community and to participate in gentle rituals that help us tune into the current lunar energy. Each circle looks a bit different but always contains a mix of guided meditations and breathwork, along with some sacred cacao or tea. There will also be enough time for sharing and listening, creating a safe space to be accepted and cherished exactly as you are.
