Matcha Morning is a two-hour session designed to lift your energy, ground your body and bring a little joy to your weekend.
First up: 45 minutes of dynamic Pilates with Daniela to fire up your core and get everything moving. Then we slow things down with 45 minutes of grounding yoga guided by Alexa ( think breath, flow and a sweet release )
After class, we’ll gather for matcha, pastries and relaxed conversation - a moment to linger, connect and ease into the rest of your day.
