YOGA PHILOSOPHY CIRCLE w/ Tina

Ancient Wisdom in Modern Life

The Yoga Sutras are among the most well-known texts in yoga philosophy, and it feels like everything we teach is built on them. However, how relevant are they today?

In this evening of guided reflection and open discussion, we will explore the 8 Limbs of Yoga through both a traditional and modern lens.

Together, we will question, reflect and discuss:

  • Should these ancient teachings be followed as they are, or must they be adapted?

  • What insights can they offer us in today’s world?

Through a mix of short explanations, writing exercises and group discussion, this session is open to both yoga teachers and students, whether you are new to philosophy or already have experience with these concepts.

Come with curiosity, your own perspectives and a journal to jot down thoughts.
