Join us for an energising and powerful way to welcome the new season. In this special session, we’ll move through a full cycle of 108 Sun Salutations – building heat, creating a rhythmic flow, and offering space to release the past, set intentions, and fully arrive in the present moment. It’s a moving meditation that invites you to find your own rhythm and connect deeply with your breath and body.
This is a dynamic practice best suited for those with some experience in Sun Salutations. You’re always welcome to rest when needed, but come prepared to challenge yourself and step into the new season with focus and strength.

ABOUT ALEXA
Alexa is behind STUDIO MOND, a space dedicated to movement, stillness and community.
Over the years she has completed more than 1000 hours of training across different yoga traditions and continues to deepen her practice and studies. While she explores many approaches to yoga, she feels most at home in Jivamukti Yoga and Yin.
She is interested in yoga not only as a physical practice, but in everything that comes with it: philosophy, chanting, breath, sound, and the quieter, more subtle parts of the practice.
Her classes often combine strong and steady asana practice with moments of stillness, reflection, and often music and chanting. She teaches with the intention of creating a space where people can experience themselves more fully, practicing with presence, curiosity and a sense of joy.
