Introduction to sound work + its effects
— brainwaves, the vagus nerve, sound, and the nervous systemInstruments + playing techniques
— crystal and Tibetan singing bowls, as well as other sound instrumentsFind Your Voice

Yes. This training is designed to give you a grounded introduction to the world of sound. You are welcome to move through the experience at your own pace and according to your own intentions.

No. You’re welcome to bring your own instruments if you already have them, but instruments and singing bowls will also be available for you to explore and purchase during the training ( purchasing is completely optional )

Yes. After successfully completing the training, you’ll receive a certificate.

ABOUT JOSEFIN
Josefin Seifert is based in Leipzig and has been supporting people on their path towards greater health, movement, and conscious wellbeing for almost ten years.
Her work began in physiotherapy and has evolved over the years into a holistic approach that combines her experience as a trainer, yoga teacher, and sound practitioner. Today, she creates spaces that support body, mind, and nervous system alike.
Through her yoga trainings and sound baths, Josefin invites people to slow down, reconnect with themselves, and experience the transformative power of sound, movement, and presence.
Music and sound play a deeply important role in her life. For her, sound opens new pathways of connection, touches people on a deeper level, and can create meaningful shifts from within.
This year, she is especially excited to bring her offerings to STUDIO MOND.

CANCELLATION POLICY
Your booking becomes binding once the deposit of 200 EUR has been received. The deposit is non-transferable to other trainings. The remaining balance is due 8 weeks before the training starts.
Cancellations must be submitted in writing via email.
Up to 3 months before the training:
The full amount will be refunded minus a 100 EUR administrative fee.
Up to 2 months before the training:
50% of the total training fee is due. Any additional amounts already paid will be refunded.
Less than 1 month before the training / no-show:
The full training fee is due and non-refundable.
You may provide a replacement participant at any time. In this case, all payments made will be refunded minus a 100 EUR administrative fee.
This training requires a minimum of 5 participants and is limited to a maximum of 15. If the minimum is not reached, the training may be adjusted, postponed, or cancelled. You will be notified at least three weeks before the start date. Any fees already paid will be fully refunded or can be transferred to another course or workshop. Any additional claims for compensation are excluded.
