Through a guided ThetaHealing® meditation we gently slow down the brain waves and access the subconscious mind – the place where your intuition, visions and deeper truths live.
From this calm and open space, you will move into guided journaling prompts designed to help you reflect, gain clarity and begin shaping the next chapter of your life.

WHO IS THIS FOR?
This session is for you if you feel the desire to pause, reflect and reconnect with what truly matters to you – whether you are at the beginning of a new chapter, seeking clarity, or simply want to explore the power of meditation and journaling.
No previous experience required. Curiosity and willingness to engage in what these two powerful tools have to offer is all that is needed.
This event will be held in English. However, the journaling part can be completed in your preferred language.
ABOUT BETTINA
Bettina is a certified Theta Healing® practitioner, Access Bars® facilitator and author. In this session she combines her lifelong passion for writing with the powerful tool of meditation using the Theta Healing method.
She has discovered this divine method during her own healing journey. It has allowed her to embrace her precious gifts of being a highly intuitive, empathetic and sensitive person.
Throughout her whole life she has been using writing as a tool for processing her inner world and manifesting the best version of herself.
Today she successfully works with clients in 1:1 settings, guiding them through change and supporting them in feeling comfortable in their own skin, their body and with their whole being.
